Greenwich homes that sold within 180 days of hitting the market achieved 100% of their listing price. In contrast, homes that lingered on the market averaged 805 Days on Market (DOM)—the longest among 56 U.S. luxury markets—and ultimately sold for 23% less than their original ask.
